This page shows a user requested change to a combination.
It can also originate from a new combination being submitted though the website.
If the request is approved, it will lock the combination with the device and version specified in the request.
If the request is declined, the combination will be left as is.
If it's a new combination, it will be left with the user submitted information but may be overwritten during the nightly job as most likely no discoverer handles this result.
